Remark is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We have a shipped return policy, which means after receiving a email notifying that your clothing has been shipped, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Answer: It can be washed in what ever temperature. It is recommended to iron the clothing inside out so the design does not get damaged
3. How do I know what size is right for me?
Answer: Our clothing go off of regular sizes. Any hoodie you have laying at home that fits you will be the exact size as ours.
4. Do you ship Worldwide?
Answer: Yes we do for $3
5. Do you accept returns?
Answer: Yes we do. Simply ship the clothing you purchased to the location you have been sent to get a refund with a $1-$2 dollar fee.
